Our versatile indoor/outdoor event venue is your blank slate for retreat speakers, presentations, or any group engagement. Flooded with natural light, rustic charm, and upscale essentials, the spacious event hall comfortably accommodates up to 225 guests.

Lodging

We offer multiple accommodation types around the property to house up to 48 people. Guests are treated to upscale amenities, luxurious bathrooms, full kitchens or kitchenettes, plush towels, high-thread-count linens, and all the comforts of home (and some surprises!).

Yes! The Bunkhouse sleep up to 16 guests; The Stables sleeps 14; The Main House sleeps 8; The Ashton sleeps 8; and The Annie sleeps 2 guests.

If you are renting the Event Venue, you will have access from 9 AM – 11 PM, including your one-hr vendor breakdown at the end of the night. All guests and vendors must be out of the venue by 11 PM.

We will not host a retreat if a wedding is already booked on the property. If your group only needs a portion of the lodging, we may have the other units booked with other guests.

Camp Hideaway Supply Co. provides a chic hub for food and beverage service, making the courtyard a natural gathering spot outside of the designated event times. We offer a curated selection of beverages, light snacks, and grab-and-go bites, with a special focus on breakfast selections to start the day off right. We are also conveniently located near many wonderful restaurants, cafés, wineries, breweries, and distilleries, as well as grocery stores.

We have a great list of vendor recommendations; however, you are not required to use any of them. We require any vendor who has not worked with us to do a site check before your retreat.

All alcohol at events must be provided through our alcohol partner. We are happy to help coordinate directly.

With our indoor/outdoor facility, we’ve got you covered in case of unexpected weather!
You can also rent a tent if you are still looking for an outdoor space.

25% due at booking, 25% due 9 months before, remaining 50% due 6 months before.

Our team will set up your tables and chairs, and your catering/vendor team is responsible for the breakdown.
