By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms & conditions.
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Camp Hideaway is not liable for any issues resulting from misrepresentation of age.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight on the property. If you would like to invite daytime visitors, please contact us in advance for approval. Unapproved guests may result in additional charges or removal from the property.
Camp Hideaway is not responsible for, and no refunds will be issued due to, events beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, fire, pandemics, government restrictions, travel bans, war, terrorism, civil unrest, personal emergencies, illness, injury, or death.
If an issue arises during your stay and we agree in writing to a refund or discount, you waive the right to file a chargeback with your financial institution. A written agreement from Camp Hideaway constitutes full and final resolution of the matter. For cancellations of experiences or add-ons booked through third-party partners, please contact the experience provider directly. We are not responsible for third-party refunds.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of fellow guests and help maintain the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. Excessive noise violations may result in a warning, additional charges, or removal from the property at our discretion.
Camp Hideaway regularly hosts weddings and private celebrations. Only registered event guests may participate in private events unless prior written approval has been granted. Commercial photography, outside vendors, private events, and parties all require advance written approval. Affixing items to any walls, surfaces, or structures including tape, nails, staples, or similar fasteners is prohibited without prior written consent.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any Camp Hideaway accommodation. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas only. A $500 fee will be charged for any evidence of indoor smoking or vaping.
The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction and notification of law enforcement, with no refund for any remaining nights.
Select accommodations are pet-friendly. Pets are not permitted in Luxury Tent Suites.
Cats and other animals are not permitted
A $95 non-refundable pet fee per pet per reservation applies and must be paid prior to arrival. Owners are responsible for supervising their pets and cleaning up after them at all times. If you have questions about our pet policy, please contact us before booking.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or loss caused to Camp Hideaway property during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear. Any such costs will be charged to the credit card on file.
As part of the outdoor experience, guests may encounter wildlife, insects, changing weather, and the natural sounds of the Hill Country. Wildlife on the property includes (but is not limited to): armadillos, spiders, scorpions, deer, foxes, snakes, squirrels, birds of prey, hogs, feral cats, lizards, skunks, opossums, wasps, mosquitoes, and bees.
Camp Hideaway is not responsible for injury, illness, or allergies resulting from wildlife encounters
By booking a reservation, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with wildlife encounters during your stay.
Items left behind will be held for 30 days. Camp Hideaway is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your stay. Found items may be returned at your expense.
By completing your booking, you consent to receive reservation-related updates and occasional offers via SMS or email. You may opt out at any time. We do not share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
